when all of a sudden I saw this photo.
Looking back, it's funny how this simple backdrop
influenced me to put aside what I was doing
as all my recollecting began to flow.
I began thinking about that summer after senior year
How the terrifying thought of college and a fresh
start, seem to make my heart pause!
Yet your comfort and guidance led me to prevail,
and as such I'm sending you this just because.
